The same crew clears your gutters and cleans the outside of your windows in one visit across Utah, gutters first and glass last. We price by stories and window count, and doing both in one visit costs less than two separate trips. Across the state the calendar follows the seeds and pollen in late May and June and the falling leaves in late October and November, and we work to that schedule. Pick your city below, or call (866) 435-6328 to get your number before the crew is on the schedule.
Across Utah we price by stories and window count, the bundle costs less than two separate trips, and the number on the phone is the number on the invoice. Call (866) 435-6328 or text us your story count and rough window count and we will give you a number before anyone climbs a ladder.
What moves the quote as the crew sees it: the number of stories and whether the roof is too steep to walk, the count and size of the windows including oversized panes, the load of seeds and leaves packed into the gutters, guards that have to be lifted and reseated, and hard-water spotting from sprinklers, which cleaning does not remove and which needs a separate mineral treatment that we quote after we see it.
Screens, sills and downspout flushing are part of the job everywhere in Utah. The exact range for your town is on the city page for where you live, so you can see how the figures apply to your house before you call.
Most of our Utah customers book both jobs together in late May or June and again in late October or November. Those two windows line up with the spring pollen and seed drop and the fall leaf fall, and they are the visits that keep the gutters flowing and the glass clear through the year. Call (866) 435-6328 to get on the calendar for your region.
Where the first frost comes in October, the fall visit lands in late October and early November, after the leaves have come down and before the ground hardens. Where the first frost holds off until November, we book the fall visit for November into early December. In both places freezing is a real risk to a gutter full of wet leaf mat, since it can pull hangers loose by winter, so we aim the visit before the first hard freeze.
Where the first frost comes in October, the spring visit usually follows pollen and seed drop in late May and June, and that is when downspout elbows are most packed with seeds and pollen paste. Across the state the same spring window holds, and the glass shows pollen film at the same time.
Some houses need a third visit. Those include homes under heavy tree cover where needles and grit pack the downspouts between visits, homes with sprinkler spotting that comes back after cleaning, and homes on busy roads where dust and exhaust settle on the glass. For those we add a visit in the middle of the season and tell you about it on the first call. For the exact dates in your area, go to the city page for where you live.
Yes, our crew does both on the same visit. Gutters are cleared first and the glass is cleaned last, so nothing running off the gutters ends up on clean windows.
We do not publish a figure in this section. The number comes by phone or text from your story count and window count, and the number we quote is the number we charge. The city page for where you live shows how the figures apply to your area.
Most of our Utah customers book in late May or June, after the spring seed and pollen drop, and again in late October or November, after the leaves have fallen. The fall timing depends on where you live, so the calendar section above shows the windows for each region.
Our Utah cities are listed in the index on this page. Pick the one nearest you and the city page shows the local details, including how we work in that area. If your town is not listed, call (866) 435-6328 and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
No. We do the gutters first and the glass last, so the leaves, grit and black water from the gutters are cleared before anyone touches the windows. The panes under the downspout outlets are the last ones we clean.
Not on this visit. Our crew cleans the exterior glass and clears the gutters only. We do not clean inside windows or pressure wash siding, decks or driveways. If you need those, ask us and we will tell you who to call, though we do not do them ourselves.
Call (866) 435-6328 or text a photo of the house front. The number we give is the number on the invoice.
