Our crew clears the gutters and cleans the outside of the windows in one visit across Illinois, gutters first and glass last. We price by stories and window count, and doing both jobs in one visit costs less than two separate trips. On the houses we clean, the spring pollen and seed drop comes in late spring and the leaf drop comes in autumn, so the calendar shapes when we are on the ladder. Pick your city below. Call (866) 435-6328 or book online to get your house on the schedule.
Across Illinois we price by stories and window count, and the bundle of gutters and exterior glass in one visit costs less than two separate trips. The number we give you on the phone is the number on the invoice. On the houses we clean, what moves the quote is the number of stories, the window count and whether any panes are oversized, how heavy the needle and leaf load sits in the gutters, whether guards have to be lifted and reseated, and hard-water spotting left by sprinklers, which cleaning alone does not remove.
Screens, sills and downspout flushing are part of the job everywhere in Illinois. We do not add them as surprise line items after the crew arrives. The exact range for your town is on the city page, so check there for the figure that applies to your house. If you want a number before the crew is out, call (866) 435-6328 or send us your stories and window count by text and we will quote it from those.
Most of our Illinois customers book gutters and exterior windows together in late May or June, after the spring pollen and seed drop has finished, and again in late October or November, after the leaves are down. Booking both jobs in the same visit keeps the ladder work in one setup per side of the house.
Where the first frost comes in October, the fall visit lands in late October and the freeze risk is real, so the crew gets the gutters cleared before the wet leaf mat turns to ice in the runs. Where the first frost holds off into November, the fall visit moves later and the mat is still wet and heavy, which is the main job. In both parts of the state the summer storms bring their own debris, so a run cleared in June can carry seed and grit again by the fall visit.
Some houses need a third visit. Heavy tree cover over the roof puts needles and grit into the downspouts between visits. Sprinkler spotting on the glass needs its own treatment. Houses on busy roads collect more grit on the sills and screens than the calendar suggests. When you book, tell us what your lot looks like and we will say whether you need that third visit. Find your city below, or call (866) 435-6328 to set up your spring and fall dates.
Yes. Our crew does both, and it is the same crew on the same visit. We do the gutters first and the glass last, so nothing washed off the roof lands on clean windows.
We give the number by phone or text once we know your stories and window count, and the number we quote is the number we charge. The price range for your town is on the city page.
On the houses we clean, most customers book in late May or June for the spring visit, and again in late October or November for the fall visit, depending on where the first frost comes in your part of the state.

No. We clear the gutters, flush every downspout and give the wall a few minutes to stop dripping before anyone touches the glass. Gutters first, glass last.
Not on this visit. The job covers the outside of the windows and the gutters, along with the screens and sills. We do not clean interior glass or pressure wash siding and driveways.
This is not insurance advice. Check your homeowner's policy or ask your insurer whether any part of this work is covered for your house.
